Hotel Comfort Inn Ponta Delgada

The Staff really made this hotel special. Especially Front Desk clerk Marlene. She arranged for a rental car for us that was brought to the Hotel by the rental car company and even phoned and made restaurant reservations for us. The location is very central to the Old Town and to the waterfront. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was the room was dark but this was probably because it was on the 1st floor. Was definitely good value for the price.

Very central location and 10-mn away from the airport. We stayed 1 night before heading to the east. Room was quite big and bathroom ok. Breakfast was varied and I would rate it 3 stars. Street is very narrow but easy to find a parking if needed. They keep the luggage in a storage room after check-out if needed. Good restaurants nearby.

Good location, walkable to the harbour. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. Staff was very helpful. I felt it was very good value for the money.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel location is fine, as it is just a short walk away from the restaurants and bars in the centre of town. Our room was a good size. The choice of food and drink for breakfast is good for this size hotel. On the day of our departure, we had an early start in order to catch our flight, but were still able to have a quick breakfast with hot coffee at 6am. Brilliant!

Was nicely located just very close to everything. Had a little parking area for our car. The breakfast was nice but the staff stand out. Very friendly especially Diana from the breakfast team she really enjoys her job.
